Team Athena is the family tracker for school, swim, soccer, and learning. Actions come first, then upcoming dates, completed history, declined items, portals, and progress.

How it works

Add a note on a decision to record it here. Only a resolved status change moves an item: Accept with a future event goes to Upcoming; Done goes to Completed; Decline goes to the Declined archive; Pending stays in Actions. Upcoming events move to Past 1–2 days after the event.

Muse sync

Muse polls a read-only sync endpoint (protected by a separate sync token, not the family passcode) to capture changed notes and statuses, notify the family, and process Family calendar updates for new Upcoming events. Portal actions are surfaced for a chat yes, never auto-executed from app notes alone.

Privacy

This app is not public. It is gated by a shared family passcode stored only as a hash. Do not share the passcode in chat with Muse, and do not share the app link publicly.

What changed, when, and on what device. A shared passcode cannot reliably show who made a change.
