Team Athena

Team Athena is the family tracker for Athena Yin's school, swim, soccer, and learning. Actions come first, then decisions, upcoming dates, portals, and progress.

How it works: Tick or add a note on a decision to record it here. A tick alone does not move an item. A resolved status change moves it: Registered / GOING with a future event → Upcoming; Paid / Done with no future event → Completed; Declined → Declined archive.

Important: Ticks and notes in this app save here only. They do not register, RSVP, commit, or pay in any portal on their own — portal actions still need an explicit yes in chat with Muse. A shared family passcode cannot reliably show who made a change, only what and when.

Muse sync: Muse polls a read-only sync endpoint (protected by a separate sync token, not the family passcode) to capture changed ticks, notes, and statuses, notify the family, and process Family calendar updates for new Upcoming events. Portal actions are surfaced for a chat yes, never auto-executed from app notes alone.

Update log: Cloudflare Pages + Functions + D1 scaffold — full port seeded from the tracker brief. Deployment is git-connected (see README.md); this scaffold itself is not deployed.
